Questions We Hear Most Often

These come up in almost every first conversation we have. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly

What areas do you serve?

We cover Kootenai County and the southern part of Bonner County, working out of Athol. That includes Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, Spirit Lake, Bayview, and Sandpoint, along with the smaller communities between them. If you’re not sure your property is in our range, call us and we’ll tell you straight.

Do you handle emergency septic failures?

Yes. We prioritize failed-system calls because we know what’s happening on the other end of that phone. Response time depends on what’s already on the schedule, and we’ll be honest about it from the first call.

Do I need to upgrade my septic for an ADU or a bedroom addition?

Probably yes. Septic capacity in Idaho is calculated by bedroom count, and adding bedrooms or an ADU almost always triggers a system upgrade requirement. Call us before you finalize plans. We’ll save you the headache of a denied permit.

Are you licensed for lakefront and complex septic systems?

Yes. We hold complex installer licensing on top of the standard credentials, so we can handle engineered drainfields, nutrient-pathogen evaluations, and the additional regulatory steps required for installs over the Spokane Valley-Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer or near Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Why concrete tanks instead of plastic?

Concrete tanks last 30+ years with proper maintenance. Plastic tanks cost less to install and the difference shows up about a decade in. If you’re going to do this once and not think about it again, concrete is the right call.

Do you do commercial work?

We bid on small commercial site prep, foundations, and utility work, anything from a contractor yard to a small retail pad. Send us your drawings and we’ll quote it.

The Ground Tells On Bad Work. Let’s Make Sure Yours Doesn’t.

Failed septic system, custom build on a steep lot, or a lakefront project that two other contractors already passed on. That’s the work we do. Send us the project details and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
