What Happens After You Reach Out

Most projects move from first call to scheduled work within a few weeks. Here’s how it goes.

Step 1: You Call or Send a Message

We respond within one business day, usually the same day. The first conversation is short. Tell us what you’re working on, where the property is, and the timeline you’re considering.

Step 2:
Site Visit and Written Quote

We walk the property and ask the questions that affect scope: soil, slope, access, and existing systems. You get a detailed, line-itemed quote you can compare apples-to-apples against any other bid.

Step 3: Permits and Scheduling

Permits go through Panhandle Health District for septic work and the relevant city or county for other services. For most projects, we walk you through what you need to submit yourself, or we can handle the submission for you as a paid add-on.

Step 4: We Get to Work

On site when we said, with the right equipment and the right crew. We communicate as we go, especially if something on the property changes the scope.

We’re based in Athol and serve Kootenai and Bonner Counties, with regular projects in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, Sandpoint, Bayview, Spirit Lake, and the smaller communities between. For projects outside our usual coverage area, give us a call and we’ll talk through it.

Got a Project? Let’s Talk About It.

Tell us what you’re working on, where the property is, and the timeline you’re considering. We’ll get back to you within one business day, schedule a site visit if it makes sense, and give you a written quote you can compare against any other bid.
