PORTFOLIO
Our Work Holds Up Long After We Leave
Septic installs and replacements, custom home sites, lake cabin rebuilds, and retaining walls across Kootenai and Bonner Counties. Every one started the same way: a site visit, a written quote, and a promise we held.

Questions About Our Projects
What people usually want to know after looking through the projects.
What kinds of projects does 2B Construction take on?
Most of our work falls into septic installation and replacement, excavation and site preparation, retaining walls, and utility installation. Many larger projects combine several of those services on the same property.
Do you work on steep or lakefront properties?
Yes. A good portion of our work is on steep, tight, and lakefront lots across North Idaho. Our equipment setup, including a tilt rotator on the excavator, gives us more control when access, slope, or working room makes the site harder to navigate.
Can you handle more than one part of a project?
Yes. Custom home and lakefront projects often involve several phases, including excavation, septic, utility trenching, grading, and retaining work. When the scope fits what we do, we can keep those pieces under the same crew instead of making you coordinate several excavation contractors.
I have a project similar to one shown here. Can I ask about it?
Absolutely. Send us the project, location, and a few details about the property. Photos, plans, or drawings are helpful if you already have them. We’ll review what you send and figure out whether a site visit makes sense.
Have Something Similar in Mind?
Tell us what you’re working on, where the property is, and what needs to get done. We’ll review the details, schedule a site visit when needed, and give you a clear picture of what the project will take.
